1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the adds7 platform, accessible at adds7.net. By accessing the platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Registration and Management

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and chosen payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy

Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. adds7 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate registrations. Account Security and Credentials

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

adds7 operates a KYC verification process for the purposes of identity confirmation, age verification, and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved. adds7 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that result from a player's failure to complete KYC requirements promptly.

Account Closure

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

adds7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, USDT (TRC-20 network), and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Cryptocurrency deposits have no platform-imposed minimum but are subject to network-level minimums. Deposits are credited to your adds7 account balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment network. adds7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks. adds7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

Platform Fees

adds7 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party transaction fees charged by payment providers (such as network fees on cryptocurrency transactions or processing fees charged by mobile money operators) are outside adds7's control and are borne by the player. These fees will be communicated by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

Currency

The primary account currency on adds7 is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. adds7 uses a market-rate conversion and does not apply a hidden spread on currency conversion, but players should be aware that cryptocurrency exchange rates are volatile and the BDT value of a crypto deposit may differ from the value at the time the transaction was initiated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms

adds7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering Requirements

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adds7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one adds7 account.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account without their explicit written consent.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the adds7 platform — including but not limited to the adds7 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces (where developed or customised by adds7), and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the intellectual property of adds7 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the adds7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any adds7 content; use adds7 branding or trademarks in any way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written consent; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the adds7 platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Big Time Gaming — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. adds7 is a licensed distributor of such content and holds no ownership claim over it.
